Secure Rishta Membership Fees once Paid & Invoice generated shall not be refunded.

The Secure Rishta  matrimonial services requested by members are approved in the system after consultation / agreement with the member on the scope of work and the estimated amount for the services. The estimated amount of the Service Request is locked from the member account on approval and the execution of service is started. Once Service request is approved, the amount against the Service Request will not be refunded.

 

Refund of Excess money due to Technical error during Online Transaction

 

At the time of online transaction, Secure Rishta Services may receive excess money due to multiple debits to user Card / Bank Account as part of technical error OR user’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway / Bank charges would be refunded to the user account.

 

 

The user will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments. Such application in the prescribed format should be sent to securerishta7389@gmail.com, for further processing.

 

 

The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the final amount will be refunded by Secure Rishta. through electronic mode in favor of the applicant. Confirmation shall be sent to the mail address provided in the application. Such refund process is normally completed within a period of 10-15 calendar days from the date of the claim request.
